Dear Parents, Staff, and Community Members,
Poolville ISD was recently made aware of a situation in Springtown involving an individual exercising their Second Amendment rights in a manner that requires us to take precautionary measures.

Out of an abundance of caution, all Poolville ISD campuses are now operating under "Secure" protocols. Please be advised of the following:

• All exterior doors are locked.
• All campuses are closed to outside individuals and visitors until further notice.
• Business inside the buildings is continuing as usual, and students are safe within their classrooms.

The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. We are in communication with local law enforcement and will provide updates as soon as the situation is resolved and we return to normal operations.
